Presentation delivered at the Autopathy Conference 2025

My contribution today is more of a reflection on my “years with autopathy.”

It has been 12 years since autopathy entered my life. It helps me manage difficult situations, it harmonizes and enriches me, supports my family and friends, and also people around me who are willing to hear its calling.

In my professional work, I focus mainly on rehabilitation, and of course, I offer autopathy to my clients. Not everyone decides to include it in their lives. New cases come to me only sporadically, more occasionally. Most often, people who have been practicing autopathy for years, since my very beginnings, come back to me for bottles. Usually, they already manage potency and frequency on their own, and what I love about this is that they hold their power in their own hands, that they are connecting to their life story and the journey of their Soul. And that is the great gift that autopathy gives us. With its gentle help, we harmonize and heal from our pains and ailments.

When I reflect on everything connected with autopathy, I hardly know what to prioritize or highlight from my practice and cases. Because even the tiniest improvement is always worth it. Sometimes autopathy works big miracles, sometimes small miracles, and for some, it falls into oblivion…

I will stop philosophizing, because most likely you all perceive it the same way, and instead, I’ll share one story involving an animal.

It is a case of autopathy in a horse — actually a mare — which was carried out by one of my friends. It’s not her horse; she goes to help on a farm with the animals.

She is a beautiful 8.5-year-old Irish Cob mare, a champion in her category, having already won two competitions. About half a year after her last victory, when she was in great shape and perfectly healthy, in January two years ago, suddenly, from one day to the next, she was lying on the ground, breathing heavily, with a high fever, unable to stand on her left hind leg. An X-ray revealed that the joint above the hoof, and the surrounding bones, showed signs of disintegration of joint and bone tissue, some form of necrosis. She was treated with antibiotics and other medications for about three months, but without success. Her condition did not improve much — she started to eat again and was hopping around on three legs, but in the end, three veterinarians recommended euthanasia, saying her state was very serious, and they ended treatment. The owners, however, decided to keep her, reluctant to take that step, and more or less resigned, letting her live out her time. They only gave her painkillers from then on.

My friend could no longer bear watching the mare’s suffering. She consulted me about whether it would be suitable to try autopathy, and then asked the owner for permission to do it. The owner agreed — from her perspective, there was nothing to lose — but she did not really care much about autopathy or what my friend was doing with the mare.

The first application of autopathy took place four months after the onset of problems (May 2023). She made prana 1.5 liters, taking the information above the head and withers, and after dilution applied drops between the eyes and on the muzzle, sometimes also on the leg. She did this 2–3 times a week, altogether for about 8 months (until the end of January 2024). She gradually increased the potency up to 6 liters, finishing at 8 liters.

Always the day after the autopathy application, streams of pus and blood flowed from the leg — something that had not happened in previous months. Autopathy triggered this cleansing. It was fascinating how much the mare was looking forward to it. When my friend arrived, the mare looked as if to say: “I’m glad to see you. Finally, you’ve come.” She stood waiting, calm and content during the process. The other horses stood aside with respect, but full of curiosity. From my friend’s description, I could feel the great dignity of the whole moment.

After eight months (by the end of January 2024), however, the mare no longer wanted the autopathy. When my friend arrived, she would turn her back and walk away — as if to say: “Leave me alone now.” She made it clear she’d had enough. My friend did not want to interrupt the treatment, so she gave her autopathy a few more times in the box “by force.” But she felt she was going against the mare’s will, so she stopped.

And what happened next?

Three-quarters of a year after the end of autopathy, the mare walks and runs on all four legs. She limps a little, but she is cheerful, able to put weight on the leg, so it seems it no longer hurts. The joint and bone are most likely largely healed. My friend is happy, too, that she could help the beloved mare.

And how will it go on?

We shall see.

It depends on the mare, how long she wants to stay here on Earth. Already she has shown her strength and bravery, and her will to live.

I believe, though, that without autopathy she might no longer be here. Who knows? Everything simply came together at the right moment: the help of a human being to an animal, reviving and activating its self-healing powers, harmonizing spirit and body — and, in return, a message from the animal world that it is important to trust ourselves, to trust our feelings, and to live life with lightness and joy, HERE AND NOW.
