How to Make Holiday More Pleasant
Many people look forward to summer — but not everyone. For some of us, it is a period of increased suffering, and a seaside holiday becomes a bad dream. This can be changed. Even relatively quickly, although it is always individual, as the following case shows:
A thirty-year-old woman, outwardly quite good-looking. She told me that, according to the doctors she had been all her life allergic and asthmatic. Although they had professionally determined her diagnoses, they had not cured anything; on the contrary, additional problems had gradually appeared, which is why she came to try autopathy.
She has had allergy and bronchial asthma since the age of 9 months. In addition, over the past two years her mental state has worsened; she has explosive moods, often gets angry and shows it, to the displeasure of those around her. She suffers from anxiety. “As if I were no longer myself.” From spring to September, her eyes water and she sneezes, and it gets worse at the seaside. It also worsens through contact with animals. The problems are worst in summer, but to a lesser extent they last all year. Professionally, her condition was called polyallergy. She has been taking corticosteroids long-term.
Because of celiac disease found in tests three years ago, she keeps a strict diet and now has no problems; before that, she had pressure in her stomach and heartburn.
Since childhood, she had been short of breath with increased exertion and through contact with animals. She feels an obstruction in the entire respiratory tract, and in addition she has wheezing in the lungs, since the age of 9 months. This problem persists and comes on after exertion; when she is at rest, it does not. She has been taking the same medicine twice daily for 10 years; she had taken other medicines earlier too, from early childhood.
About every other day she has cramps in her legs. They come suddenly, during the day, while walking or driving, but also while sitting. It is severe pain lasting from one minute to as long as 15 minutes; stretching does not help.
About 15 times a year she is struck by a severe migraine. For a while she stops seeing, with a feeling as if her head were about to burst, and in addition she feels sick to her stomach. It usually lasts the whole day and fades the following day. Painkillers do not work. Over time, this problem has not changed; she has had it since the age of 15.
About twice a month, a high temperature regularly appears for two days, without any other symptoms, up to 39.5 °C. This has been going on for 8 years; the cause is not known to the specialists. The problem then disappears by itself, only to appear again next time.
She is now planning a family and is afraid that her child could be ill after her.
Recommendation: start with Boiled Breath, 3 liters, administer regularly once a week, and with each subsequent administration increase the amount of water by 1 liter.
Check-up after a month and a half:
The last time she prepared 8 liters Boiled Breath. Last week she exploded in anger, but otherwise this no longer happens to her. She has had no anxiety. There has been no migraine during this time. Two weeks ago, the old problem with breathing after sport exertion appeared, but otherwise not. She had cramps in her legs only twice since starting autopathy; before that, however, she had had them long-term every other day. The lifelong allergic rhinitis is still there, in the middle of June, but the watering of the eyes is less. There is a marked overall improvement, from the mental state to the physical problems.
Recommendation: Breath without boiling, 15 liters. Once only, then wait and record changes in a notebook and come with it for a check-up in two months.
Check-up in August, after two months:
She had been on holiday by the sea and, for the first time in five years, she did not break out in a rash from sun allergy. During this period since the previous meeting, she had no headache. There were no leg cramps at all. She also had no temperature. She has had no allergic rhinitis for 2 months, the first summer of her life without it.
There had been no asthmatic shortness of breath until last week; now, however, her breathing is again somewhat more difficult, but not to the degree it had been before, so she is taking only the usual medicines, the dose of which the doctor reduced a month ago on the basis of an examination. She no longer had to take the emergency spray, which had previously been common in summer. She feels balanced, her mood is excellent, and the mental problems have not returned.
Recommendation: Wait a little longer, and if the breathing does not improve, or if any worsening of anything appears, repeat Breath, 15 literd, once only.
