One of the Stories of Autopathic Treatment

A 90-year-old man called me, saying he had read about autopathy in a magazine and, although not knowing much about it, would like to try it. During our initial phone consultation, he mentioned having issues with balance for four years, often stumbling, and occasionally falling outright. This can be particularly dangerous for an elderly person—however, he mentioned humorously that during his military service he had learned an excellent parachute roll, which he frequently used in such situations to protect himself. His feet were often cold, his toes hurt, and he experienced significant numbness, limiting his overall control of his legs—a persistent and ongoing issue. He connected these problems with Lyme disease, which he had contracted four years earlier, confirmed by recent antibody tests. He had constant nasal discharge, something he’d experienced for many years. He was taking one tablet daily for high blood pressure, regularly monitoring it himself at home. He also had an enlarged prostate, formerly causing urinary problems, but recently this issue had resolved itself. Occasionally, his hip would ache when walking. Some fingers on his hands were swollen and painful, possibly due to rheumatism, he suggested. His energy levels fluctuated.

Recommended: Two weeks: 1.5 liters, every other day, alternating Boiled Breath (BB) and Breath without Boiling (B). Next two weeks: 3 liters, every other day, alternating BB and B.

Comment: We began with a low potency due to the client’s advanced age. Breath with boiling was chosen, as his symptoms matched this preparation of Autopathy (AP). Following breath without boiling, individuals often feel an energetic and psychological boost within a few hours, especially at the start of treatment. I’ve found the combination of boiled and non-boiled preparations particularly beneficial for older people.

Follow-up after one month: Between consultations, he called several times to ensure he was preparing the autopathic remedy correctly. Despite his doubts and initial uncertainty, he reported the following observations he had noted: The occasionally aching hip had improved significantly, and he had completely forgotten about it. His blood pressure had remained normal for some time, surprisingly, even though he had stopped taking his daily medication. His chronic nasal discharge remained unchanged. Balance issues persisted, still requiring his parachute roll maneuver.

Recommended: Continue with 3 liters, every other day, BB and B. Two weeks before the next consultation, increase to 4 liters (using a filter with a 2-minute flow), continuing the same method.

Comment: I avoided pushing too aggressively, recommending he maintain the 3-liter potency for some additional time to allow further positive changes. He had already shown improvement with an internal issue (high blood pressure) and complete resolution of his most recent physical complaint (aching hip). We observed development according to Hering’s Laws of Cure; thus, no immediate potency changes were advised. However, I suggested a mild increase of 1 liter to 4 liters around two weeks before the next check-up. Among older clients, even slight potency increases (0.5–1 liter) can significantly influence treatment progression.

Follow-up after another month: When asked how he felt during this check-up, his first response was that he felt absolutely perfect, greatly reassuring me. I allowed him to elaborate further on his observations. His sleep quality improved significantly; he was sleeping better and waking less frequently. However, his superficial issue, chronic nasal discharge, remained unchanged. Blood pressure stabilized around 130/90 without medication for several months. Curiosity prompted him to independently raise the potency to 5 liters, which resulted negatively; his blood pressure worsened for several days, leading him to revert to 4 liters. Although blood pressure improved again, it fluctuated thereafter—one day normal, slightly higher the next—up to this current check-up. The hip remained comfortable and pain-free.

Dosage: My first recommendation was to replace the Autopathy Bottle since the higher 5-liter potency stored in it later interfered with the resonance of the lower 4-liter dilution. He was advised to replace the bottle and continue at 4 liters, every other day, alternating BB and B. After one week, he was to include Saliva with Boiling (SB), alternating with BB, discontinuing B.

Comment: SB was now suitable due to persistent dizziness and balance issues, possibly related to Lyme disease, according to his doctor. In my experience, SB has shown better results for some Lyme cases compared to BB. The most significant improvement was the overall energy and improved quality of life for this elderly man, acknowledging that physical improvements at this advanced age often have limitations.
