Effortless end of overeating

A woman in her forties suffers from back pain, which sometimes completely prevents her from functioning normally, and she feels it every day for the last 15 years. However, no cause was found during an X-ray examination. In the last year, she also has burning sensation in the chest. She currently has a runny nose and a cough. In the last year and a half, she has experienced a lot of stress over her housing situation., and during that time she gained 30 kilograms. She doesn’t want to go anywhere, she feels ugly.
