Depression and Anxiety
A middle-aged man. At the time of the first consultation, he was suffering from depression and anxiety. These feelings were accompanied by physical symptoms, namely pressure in the chest and a generalized tremor throughout the body. These conditions first began to appear about three years earlier. They then gradually worsened, and over the last three months he had been experiencing them daily. He also had to stop doing sports – during increased physical activity he felt unbearable pressure in his head. In the past, the 6 l BB (boiled breath) potency had repeatedly proven effective for him in self-help, both in cases of urinary tract inflammation and during colds.
Recommended: 6 l, BB, twice weekly, alternating with Prana 1, 6 l, twice weekly.
Commentary: If a specific potency and AP method has already helped the treated person in the past in an acute condition when used once, very often its repeated, longer-term use also leads to improvement of chronic health problems. As for the prana potency – this is a case from the period when we recommended prana at the same potency that the person was simultaneously using for the preparation from bodily information. In recent years, however, it has become evident that the potency of pranic information may, when used concurrently with bodily information (from breath, saliva, etc.), differ considerably. As will be shown further, this case was one of those in which the use of the same potency for these two alternately used methods proved relatively effective.
Follow-up after five weeks:
The bodily tremor disappeared. Which was not insignificant. However, nothing else improved. This was due to the fact that he increased both the prana and the breath with boiling to 10 l after too short a period, because the improvement at 6 l seemed insufficient to him. After increasing the potency, he subsequently felt very tired.
Recommended: 30 l, B (breath), once every 14 days.
Commentary: I considered returning to 6 l, at which one important symptom, the tremor, had completely disappeared. However, lowering the potency would have required replacing the autopathic bottle with a new one. I sensed that purchasing and replacing a new bottle after such a short time, given his state of not very high satisfaction with the course of treatment so far, could have been a reason for him to terminate our cooperation. Therefore, it was recommended not to reduce the dilution, but instead to move to high potencies from breath without boiling. These, among other things, have proven very effective precisely in conditions where psychological problems predominate.
Follow-up after more than a month:
After each application (he prepared AP three times during that period), he noted an enormous improvement in his mental state. He reportedly had not felt this well for a very long time, nor did he even know how long. Overall, this period brought stabilization of his mental state at a very good, stable level. He did not complain of any other problems. Only that after the third dose of 30 l he no longer perceived as strong an improvement as with the previous two applications. And over the last few days he felt a slight decline in his mental state.
Recommended: Increase to 33 l, B, single dose.
Follow-up after three weeks:
Physically and mentally he felt completely healthy and without any difficulties.
Recommended: In case of future problems, repeat the last used potency 33 l, B. If it ever stops helping, then increase to 50 l, B.
