A major change in less than two years: osteoarthritis, high blood pressure, cataract, thyroid issues, chronic sinus inflammation, diabetes, fatigue

A cheerful woman came to me. From the start she showed warm friendliness and said that for the past year she has been using autopathy for herself after reading my book on autopathy, and that she has had “tremendous success.” She says she is “very happy” about it. She is 70 years old and weighs 100 kg.

For a year she had problems with her knee—she could neither walk nor even touch it—but this has improved significantly with autopathy. For ten years she had congested sinuses with pain; after autopathy, this is gone. Since childhood she had suffered from a chronic cough. After the first administration—1 liter of breath preparation with boiling (BB), once a week—she began to blow her nose “intensely,” that was a year ago, her sinuses were clearing then, and now she feels they are open and clean.

She then switched to 2 liters BB and began coughing up mucus; she preferred to return to 1 liter, which helped. She felt wonderfully refreshed during the coughing and nasal discharge—a cleansing process—and afterward the sinus pain stopped. After four months of self-treatment with autopathy, she could walk much better, even run to catch a tram (previously impossible), and she can breathe easily.

She has a thyroid disorder and has long been taking thyroid hormone medication. Her lab results have improved significantly—from TSH 5.8 before autopathy to 0.85 now; previously it had been slowly worsening over five years.

She then switched to 2 liters of breath and saliva preparation with boiling (BSB), five times in a row weekly. Since then she can “run up the stairs easily” (despite weighing 100 kg), which used to be a major problem.

She has a cataract in the right eye.

Her legs have been swelling since age 40, but they no longer feel as heavy as before autopathy—“now they feel light.”

She has a mild runny nose and coughs up bits of mucus, mainly in the morning. She takes medication for high blood pressure, which is now 135/80 (within normal range). Her fasting blood sugar is around 7.7; she has had type 2 diabetes for a long time.

History: Her gallbladder has been removed. In childhood she had tick-borne encephalitis. She used to suffer from heartburn, now only mildly. During menopause she bled for two months; after curettage she was given testosterone, and then gained weight. She has since lost some weight. Currently she takes 3 liters BB about once a month.

Recommendation: Breath preparation with boiling, 3 liters, once every 14 days or more often depending on how she feels.

Follow-up after 3 months:

She occasionally coughs up mucus in the morning, sometimes also during the day and evening. She had a medical exam—blood sugar is 7.3 mmol/L (a decrease). A heart murmur was also detected; it may have been present for some time.

At the eye clinic two weeks ago: the cataract in the right eye persists, and there are early signs of glaucoma, but intraocular pressure (important criterion) is normal. Occasionally she sees spots in her visual field; otherwise her vision is good. The left eye sometimes waters. The knee causes no problems; she can run to catch the tram without difficulty. Leg swelling is less than before. Blood pressure remains normal at 130/80. Long-standing heartburn has improved. She follows the autopathy recommendations.

Recommendation: 6 liters breath preparation with boiling, once every 14 days.

Follow-up after 3 months:

One night she had a temperature of 37.5°C, coughing, chest pain, bone pain, and pain in all joints and muscles—after the second-to-last dose. She still occasionally coughs up mucus; she has coughed her whole life. After the last dose of autopathy she had a “very pleasant feeling” for about two days. Otherwise she feels well.

At the eye clinic, the doctor now says her eyes are fine; previously she had a diagnosed cataract and early glaucoma. Her visual field is clear; she used to feel pressure in her eyes, now she does not. She currently has a runny nose—interpreted as a sign of internal improvement, “detoxification.” She also had a general medical check-up and was told she is “in excellent condition not corresponding to her age”—she is 70.

Recommendation: Breath preparation without boiling, 6 liters as a single dose, then after three weeks 9 liters; then wait and watch – she will prepare it in a new bottle.

Follow-up after 2 months:

She saw a doctor due to coughing and a urinary tract infection; she was given antibiotics, which worked immediately. At that time, she could have temporarily switched back to BB due to the acute inflammation, but she proceeded as she did. The inflammation may also have been supported by the fact that the bottle was already near the end of its three-month period. She then replaced the autopathy bottle and continued with 6 liters of breath preparation, increasing to 9 liters at the next administration after 14 days.

Her sinuses cleared, and her blood pressure continued to drop; a week ago her doctor discontinued her medication—she now has 120/78, fully normal.

Her thyroid function developed as follows: six months before her first visit  was TSH 5.5; before her first visit it was 0.85; and two weeks ago it was 0.32—according to the latest tests, now within normal range. Blood sugar dropped to 6.5 (consistent with prediabetes rather than diabetes); a year ago it was as high as 7.7, and she is not following any diet. Deposits in the joints have objectively decreased slightly—by 1 mm according to the doctor—but subjectively she has no joint problems. She feels well and occasionally clears her throat.

Recommendation: “Wait and watch“. Previous autopathy has set her on a good path; now she just needs to monitor herself. If anything worsens—including her overall sense of well-being, which is currently excellent—she should take a one-time 12 liters of breath preparation, then continue with the “wait and watch” approach. She understands the basic principles of autopathy and can manage on her own. The entire process during her visits lasted only 8 months, though her self-treatment had already been very successful before that.
